GO BOX: Project Overview

The project will aim:

• To produce a model for replication in paediatric ARV treatment centres throughout Southern Africa
• To augment current perceptions of the basic ARV treatment team, by gathering data to support the deployment of:

Occupational Therapists – to deliver developmental training and support services to parents and care-givers from birth to school entry

Social Workers – to deliver case managing skills and to train and mentor other members of the ARV treatment team to serve as case managers, so as to promote family preservation
