The Northern Cape Project, Phase 1 (2019 - 2020): Exploratory Visits to First Two Districts

Exploratory and Planning Visits To Two Districts:-

Pixley Kaseme (PK) and John Taolo Gaetsewe (JTG) Districts

The project leader will be accompanied by the Provincial Department of Education on his visits to the districts.

The visit aims to prepare for the start of the project early next year and to ensure that all logistical arrangements have been made.

The visits to each district are approximately 1.5 days in duration and involve:-

• Meetings with the district directors and leadership

• Planning and logistical sessions with the district officials

• Site visits to schools, training venues and the surrounds

• Meetings with prospective volunteers
