If you are interested in partnering with the Basic Concepts Foundation but are unsure of how we operate our programme, then the following will give you a clear picture.
Projects generally have 3 components, namely: training (of educators and support staff), support (including teacher mentoring/coaching) during the implementation of the programme, and ongoing monitoring and evaluation.
These project components ensure that every time the programme is run, it is a success as they allow for the development of the educators who are carrying out the teaching of fundamental skills to learners.
